Apexi power FC with stock 1zz-fe [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

Hello guys I need some help with apexi power FC. I have a 2001 mr2 which had turbo and few aftermarket mods. With hole in the block. I changed the whole engine it has 80K miles on it I put back everything stock. So I put the stock ECU the car wouldnt start maybe I needed to reprogram the stock ECU but anyway I put back the apexi power FC ECU in and car started so im going to leave that in there but I wanna know do I have to tune the car or just leave it like that since everything is stock?
