So after adding up the cost of rebuilding a 16v vs buying a replacement from an engine importer it would be cheaper to buy one right. Yes so while on the site of an importer located 200 miles from me I see that they have 20v blacktops, with a 6 speed! After spending the last 3 hours reading the stickies about what we need to know I just need a few things cleared up. 1 A six speed can be used but some mods have to be done to make it work 2 an easier way is to source a 87-89 transmission
