4A-GE MK1 Engine Not recieving fuel while moving [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

4A-GE MK1 Engine, fuel, back, fourth, stop, jerk, accelerator, recieving, time, started, driving, rule, filter, changing, tomorrow, 212,000, pumping, injectors, jerks, plugs, easy, miles, cheap, starting, stuff, idea, month, wires, steady, accelerating, place, stops, hard, gear, generously, starts, yesterday, moving, press, minutes, today, accelerate, moment, respond, nudged, make, tested, gears, jerked

This started yesterday. Only starts after about five minutes of driving. Any time I press down on the accelerator generously it stops recieving fuel. With the accelerator still in place it will stop accelerating then jerk back, then stop again and jerk back hard again. It does it every time in first gear and sometimes second. Today just to make sure it wasnt those two gears I tested fourth. While driving steady in fourth i nudged the gas a little and once again it started to accelerate
