Does anyone know what the sensor is [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

windshield, cover, corner, shop, stand, knowing, show, electric, manual, guages, clicking, located, casing, instrument, sensor, panel, hear, idea, click

that is located in the casing above the instrument panel? I hear it click, but have no idea what it is clicking for. It looks like an electric eye, is near the windshield in the right corner of the cover above the guages. My shop manual does not show it, and I cannot stand not knowing what it is for!
