Hey folks, I live in Conroe, TX and I just bought a mint 86 with a blown crank. I rebuilt an 86 ingine about 10 years ago and made a crucial error. I installed the exhust gasket upside down and the leaking gasses caught fire and the engine burned beyond rebuild. I ended up up giving away the unit. Lesson # 1 obvious Lesson # 2 always carry a fire extingusher on the first few test runs. I am looking forward to doing this again. I will probably do an engine swap. the exact engine and rebuild
