4A-GE MK1 Engine, remove, motor, stripped, exhaust, manifold, attach, step, dropping, accepted, nuts, rebuild, echaust, managed, gasket, head, blown

So, I am trying to remove my motor to rebuild it due to a blown head gasket. I managed to remove two of the three exhaust nuts that attach to the exhaust manifold. The 3rd is stripped. Any help would be much accepted. This is the last step to dropping my motor.
