4A-GE MK1 Engine Need help! bogging on throttle!

Hello everyone, been too busy recently but got back on the 2. I had a an issue before with the motor before with what seems like fuel cut, finally had some free time and changed the injectors, fpr, replaced all vacuum lines and what was done a while ago which was plugs, wires, tps, afm, o2, distributor, ignitor, fuel pump, fuel filter and gaskets. The car has a hard time starting when cold I have to pump the gas and crank a couple of times but starts at 1800rpm then idles at 800 rpm when warmed
