3S-GTE JDM 2nd Gen Turbo Engine Erratic engine idle

3S-GTE JDM 2nd Gen Turbo Engine, idle, healthy, rotor, thing, running, posting, tablet, bill, agreeing, youtube, possibly, 500rpm, engine, warm, 900rpm, dips, stumbling, erratic, 1000rpm, idles

When at idle and warm the car will idle up and down between 500rpm and about 900rpm it seems. With the a/c on it idles around 1000rpm with no dips or stumbling. Possibly need a new cap and rotor? Trying to get this thing running healthy before I mod anything. I tried posting a vid but YouTube isn
