Hello. I have a 1991 Turbo with sporadic issues. Sometimes it runs just fine. Other times it has these weird throttle/turbo problems. Some days, just sitting in my garage in neutral, it won’t rev smoothly. It will go to 2k then stutter, then go to 4k then stutter. When driving and this happens, the car runs bad and does not accelerate properly.
