hot stall and no start

hey guys i was driving my car tonight (longer and hotter than ever before). ive noticed the idle is very erattic (no consitancy just bounces around a few hujndred rpm when hot. i drove to my destination fine but when returning home i noticed the CEL on and the car would not rev past about 3800, i then had to turn left and when starting to move forward the car dies, i restart it and it idles fine but as soon as i let out the clutch and give it some gas it dies, restart, die, restart, die, ect. i
