4A-GE MK1 Engine spark plugs

so when i had misfiring issues i went and got new spark plugs because the ones on there had black tips, from burnt oil i was told. it started right up with new spark plugs but afterwards i checked the new ones and they looked almost just as bad as the ones pulled out. my friend told me i had a much bigger problem since the new plugs looked just as bad as the old ones after running my car once. does anyone now what could cause this? or if it is a serious problem? my car refuses to start now, i
