another tire and rims question

front, rear, wear, 215/45, mounting, 215/40, buys, 245/40, 205/40, tires, lower, tire, rims, question, megan, coilovers, 17x9, problems, 17x8

i have a 19 mr2 that i want to lower with megan coilovers. will i have any problems with 17x8 +35 front, 17x9 +45 rear? the tires on the rim now are 205/40 up front, 215/45 rear. once these wear out i will be mounting 215/40 up front, 245/40 rear. please help before someone buys them from under me. thank you for your help!
