Engine painting.

Im at the point of painting my engine, Im using as close to crimson red i could find in high temp (the block will be red) satin black hightemp ( everything else including the valve cover will be satin black masking) Im brushing the template on the valve cover then masking off letter to remain the brushed color, the whole valve black. Somethings in the bay will remain origional color like the heat shield. Im thinking what i should do with the head, my dad said he wouldnt paint an alumnum
