how do I disable passenger airbag

My wife and I have a 4 month old son. Originally, I had not planned on commuting in my MR2 with my son. However, I am in a situation where I have no other choice. Obviously I want it to be as safe as possible for my baby. Therefore, I am needing to know how I can disable the passenger airbag or even add an on/off switch, myself.
