knocking sounds when turning left

remember a few weeks ago took corner at pace nothing she cant handle any way now everytime i turn left its like knock knock knock knock not the best sound but when i installed my jamex springs at the front and i did a full wheel lock it made a similar sound like a knock when i did the full lock then back to normal but not around corners etc so what mgiht the problem be? i no its not cv
