Jumped timing?

i posted a tread earlier yesterday about this prob....i shut car off washed it, checkd filter clean maf....and no start... well i have spark, new wires there i have fuel, and injectors are pulsing i tested the maf everything good ??? could my engine have jumped timing??? oh and cranking it with throttle wide open it will back fire out intake, some smoke will com from fitler also can i get a link to a known good plug wire routing and firing diagram i might have mixed up wires when i
