- Whelp, my good friend took the plunge yesterday and purchased an MR2. It is a white 1991 w/ a GReddy turbo upgrade. It doesnt start right now and needs A-L-O-T of TLC (tender lovin care). She needs a new head gasket, randomly overheats, cranks but wont turn over right now, new seats, a new paint job, a new door, a new rocker panel and various other things. But we will love her as much as our other cars.
