Prothane Bushings Install...

Hello, I bought a 91 NA, and when I got it I knew there were some suspension problems, so I took it to Sears for a free suspension check to see what they might find. The suspension is loud, and the car sways left to right, especially when its windy. I know that some of the bushing are worn-out, and so I bought the prothane kit, but its shy of instructions, and there are a lot of parts :-). Any suggestions would be helpful, and I will try and take pictures and such as I do the install,
