Potential buyer - how easy to self maintain?

Would like to own a rear engined sports car once in my life... I do service my cars in dealerships if service cost is reasonable, but do some of the maintenance myself sometimes if there are good DIYs available and thw work is not frustratingly difficult. My question is - given engine location and access - how difficult is it to perform some probable mechanical jobs on this car? I do not mean anything as simple as oil change, but then I do not know of what kinds of issues one can
