Loose rotor/squeaking/chirping noise help

My 89sc has been running just fine for quite awhile now. I just completed a 600 mile trip (31mpg) with no issues. Two weeks later I notice an occasional chirping/squeaking noise that seems to be in unison with wheel rotation. At less than 1 mph it an be heard as more of a grind. I think it is from the drivers side. So, I lifted the rear end to check. Everything seems to spin smoothly. The drivers side rear wheel seems to have quite a bit of lateral play.
