Hi guys, I Just saw a guy posting a full janspeed exhaust on UK ebay. Is it legal to install this exhaust if I am living in California? I am just wondering how does this exhaust sounds when it is at cruising speed(60mph-80mph). I am also looking at some oem muffler I saw this stock muffler listed on some toyota parts website
