Interchangable rear axles? [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

My axle bolts backed out on me Saturday on the rear right side and ive been looking for a replacment axle. None of the auto part stores can get a new one in and the local scrapyard is charging 80$ for a used one. Can any other axle interchange with no problems? Or yall know of places that would have them in stock? Thanks.
