When I replaced my packing/O-ring on my Dizzy I forgot what the position was for the gear. So I ended up having to turn the crank and everything else to TDC. Well this is where my problem lies. I reset everything to TDC just how the Big green book tells me but she will not start. I got her going at one point but I couldn
