Hello all, I have been searching around a bit before I posted this so here goes: I have just got historic tags on my car and I do not have to pass emissions. My catalytic converter is shot so I want to redo the whole system. Now I am aware how hard it is to find headers for the car and I am trying to track some down. Beyond that what do I have to do to open up the exhaust system. I have heard the throttle body or intake manifolds are fine( I could be wrong). As far as a budget goes I
