So i have a beautiful 1986 toyota mr2 thats been sitting in my garage for over a decade. It was my older brothers car back in the day but, unfortunately he didnt take care of it enough. Im no car expert so i dont know what the problem is, but from what ive been told the engine is frozen (whatever that means). The car doesnt turn on period. i would love to fix this car but first i wanna know if it is in fact a frozen engine what can i do to fix it, or do i need to buy a new engine? and i would
