Okay, so all of a sudden my car wont shift into gear at all. the car will be on and in neutral but the car will not go into any gear. although if i try to put it into reverse i can hear and feel the disk still spinning and itll make a *****ing noise. does anyone know what the issue here is?? also i went to autozone and asked and they said i need a new little mechanism which sits on top of the trasmission and stops the disk from spinning...i forgot what its called though?
