- Ok here is the deal I have an 85 mr2 85k on it and I fixes the water pump before moving to Oregon. It had kind of a slow leak still but I needed to get out of town in mt before winter got to Oregon car running good still slow leak nothing crazy. So a week ago I am drivin an all of a sudden car starts over heating and it sounds like overflow resevoir is boiling. Got car back home put water in to fill back up and it just poured rite down and out looked like water pumP again. So today took apart
