When i attempt to fill my tank the pump keeps popping off like tank is approching being full. Im guessing there is a kink or obstruction in filler neck. Does anyone know how to access the filler tube to tank. It looks like its rear of the side vent but i dont see how to remove it either. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks in advance
