Just left dealer with my new (to me) 2001 mr2. Somebody pass me my crying towel! I was concerned because car was consuming oil but i did not see on engine nor out the exhaust. They told me that car needs a ring job (showed me no compression documentation) and that no one offers a reing set for this car so it would need a new engine. I kneda know about cars... would i not see blue smoke or some oil on the engine or something? Is it true about no ring set available for this car? Im renting
