4A-GE MK1 Engine, wiring, engine, great, newbie, harnesses, hanress, friends, working, caught, fire, front, side, driver, replace

I am working on a friends 85 5 sp and it caught fire. i need to replace the wiring hanress for the engine and the driver side wiring run to the front. I know i can use the 85 and 86 but can I use the 87 through 89 harnesses? If you can help a newbie out that would be great. Joe
