I have only really done 3 things to the car since purchasing (other than having a Cat installed). -poly strut rod bushings -Redline MT oil change -poly engine mount inserts yesterday I noticed quite loud grinding noises that are in sync with the vehicle speed. I thought that my wheel bearings might be about to grenade. So, I lifted up the car and tried checking for play in the wheels and they all felt fine.
