Okay, it has happened a few times already, when I went to change the oil in my car the filter will come out dry. I can hear the oil in the filter when I shake it, as well as feel it, but the thing looks sorta dry, unlike when I change the oil in my jeep(I know the 4.0 has the filter mounted horizontally rather than vertically). I have a 7 rib block in my 85, and the filter opening is pointing down, but should it be like that? I have had this issue with K&N oil filters, Bosch and Mobil filters
