exhaust tip install? [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

muffler, screws, slide, cheap, pipes, tighten, holes, drill, tips, ends, suppose, question, dumb, install, walker, ended, exhaust, chrome, sound, month, exhuast

this is probably a very dumb question but I have to ask. I got a new Walker sound FX muffler like a month or 2 ago and I ended up getting 2 of the chrome exhuast tips for it when cheap. now they slide right over the ends of the muffler. they have 2 screws on them. Am I suppose to drill holes into the muffler pipes or do I just tighten the screws down into the muffler?
