new to the thread. and im looking at buying a 1988 mr2 for 700$. ive been looking at the cars for a while. and like them a lot. this one im looking at has a few problems. the guy says the car wont come out of second gear. is this a linkage problem possibly? or is something wrong with the transmission? and the guy says it has rearend damage. heres a link to the craigslist ad 1988 Toyota mr2 im waiting on the guy to send me photos of the car. and i was wondering if the rearend damage isnt
