- I recently bought a 1985 mr2 with a supercharged 4a-gze engine swap already done. the owner/mechanic of the car passed away and i bought the car from his widow. It always spins both back tires, which makes if really fun. when turning tight corners at slow speeds it feels like it forces the inside tire to spin, just a bit. Is this an LSD tranny, or if not, what might it be? I want to build/paint another mr2 now since this one was so much fun to do. i thought i
