4A-GE MK1 Engine, blow, completely, throttle, slightest, coming, normal, slight, give, feel, rebuild, idle, valve, cover, moment, question, blowing, crank, case, pressure

after the rebuild, at an idle, with the oil cap off, i feel a lot of blow by crank case pressure gas blowing out of the valve cover. the moment i give a slight throttle, even the slightest, that goes away completely and there isnt any gas coming out. normal? or do i have too much bow by?
