4A-GE MK1 Engine, tranny, holes, mounts, bolts, understand, mount, angle, piece, supposed, matching, side, bolt, dipsticks, find, basically, length, guys, stick, today, questions, long, engine, motor, worked, putting, dipstick, driver

i have two questions today guys.. i have 2 different dipsticks.. how do you find the right length.... (basically, how long of a dipstick should i have?) and second, right now im putting my engine in, have all the mounts worked out except the driver side tranny mount. I understand where it goes, but the holes for the bolts are at an angle, and i do not see any matching holes on the tranny. Is there supposed to be another piece that bolt between? thanks
