How wide of a tire could i run with these wheels? [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

Im looking to buy a set of wheels and found a good set i want. How wide of a tire could i run on both of these wheels and it look good on a MR2? The wheels are: 16x7 +35 and 16x8 +38 Ofcourse the 16x8 are the rears.I want the widest possible. Thanks!
