side, clear, hose, ideas, hanging, shown, connected, good, thing, fluid, brake, leaking, driveable, bought

Looks like it was leaking brake fluid, good thing the 2 isnt driveable yet, just bought it and was trying to look it over and see what i got, came across this clear hose....any ideas? You can see where one side is connected, but the other side (not shown in pic) is just hanging down and couldnt see where it went
