4A-GE MK1 Engine, rain, start, issue, moisture, warms, till, assume, dizzy, time, hard, heavy, stalls, gear, give, weird, clutch, idles, fine, hesitation, alsmost

Soo something weird, when i start my car put it in first gear to take off, i give it gas and it doesnt go anywhere and alsmost stalls. I put the clutch in and it idles fine. It only does this till it warms up. I think its a moisture issue since my car is very hard to start after a heavy rain. I assume its time for a new dizzy cap??
