OK, I have a 91 JDM turbo swap. I have had this problem for a while but now I want to try to fix it. Starts fine, idles and even runs ok for the most part. But when I try to get on it. The horses come out and they are not the good ones. here are the symptoms: 1. Moderate: The car is very drivable under normal street/ city conditions. Acceleration feels mostly normal. but if I step on it, my boost gauge will peg out at 7psi and I will start to accelerate(more than a crawl) and my RPM will go
