Why won't my car fill up at the gas station?? [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

So today, something extremely odd occurred. I stopped buy at the local Shell gas station to fill the two up. Pump 1 was a no go....the pump would not pump any gas. Thinking that there may be an issue with the pump itself, I went to another. Once again, no gas. So I was like hmmmmm, I waited 10 minutes for an SUV to finish pumping and proceeded to their pump. And what do ya know...no gas! Has anyone had this issue before? Could my gas tank not be venting properly or is my gas cap bad? I
