4A-GE MK1 Engine, engine, start, problems, doesn´t, lights, turn, longer, distance, dashboard, driving, temperature, overheated, 4age, falls, turning, stationary, mechanical, turns, won´t

I have 2 problems with my 4age engine, 1. When the engine is at temperature, not overheated, the engine falls down to 400 rpm or even turns off when turning stationary 2. Sometimes the engine won´t start, the dashboard lights turn on but the engine doesn´t start, not even tries to start. This mostly happens after driving a longer distance. Could anyone help me with those problems? Thx!
