Considering KYB GR-1 struts in stock '91 NA [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

Guys, I have a 1991 2.2 5-sp I bought new. 28,000 miles, always garaged and covered when not in use, never in rain, totally stock except for Turbo model brace I added to rear strut towers/engine compartment. Car is stone perfect except for the OEM strut boots which are disintegrating. The struts seem to still be performing all right, but of course it is hard to tell since I of course cannot remember exactly how they felt when newer. I don
