So Im rebuilding my 87 7rib 4age. I putting an 86 5spd behind it. Im looking at rebuild kits on Ebay (I spun a lower end bearing) and I see they offer pistons and rings in oversize. .50mm. Can someone please explain what kind of power applications these oversize boring is for. Also how much should I expect to pay for such boring out. Iv never built or rebuilt an engine so any and all info is much appreciated.
