The car has been setting for a year. Things I have done so far: 1 - Put air in all 4 tires. 2 - Changed the oil. 3 - Put gas in the tank. 4 - Changed the spark plugs. We jumped the car and it would turn over. I was able to get it to crank but only if we sprayed starter fluid in the air cleaner and kept it constantly sprayed in there. I couldn
