Polishing the stock triangles??? [Archive] - Toyota MR2 Message Board

I have access to a full metal shop and was wondering about the stock triangles. So are they painted silver or just clear coated? Or both!?!? also is the center cap aluminium or plastic, if its plastic then that pretty much ruins everything...basically I was watching wheeler dealers on an mk1 mr2 and he made the stock tear drop wheels look AMAZING by polishing them, and I want to know if that can be done with the triangles... thanks
