- I just bought a set of sportlines and am thinking about tackling this myself. My main concern is: How bad will the alignment be off when i am done? i heard you need a week or so for them to settle and i assume this is true for used springs as well? Will i still be able to drive it with little ill effects or should i take it to a shop and have the car aligned at the same time?
