surely, discontinued, handsomely, assist, 5-lug, tantrum, konig, how/why, fourth, brother, ended

I have three (dont ask me how/why my brother ended up with only 3...), need a fourth. 5-lug, obviously. I know these have been discontinued a while, but surely someone around here can help a guy out... will pay handsomely for the assist.
