engien, rebuilt, stuff, gears, pull, long, time, mark, idea, wanted, kind, ideas, aftermarket, gaskets, bottom, things, rebuild

Hello all, I am about to have my engien rebuilt and wanted to know what kind of aftermarket things I should put in. I want to rebuild the engien from the bottom up with all new gaskets. I have no idea what i should put in, like cam gears and stuff like that. I would like to pull some more H.P. from the engien and also have the engien rebuilt so that I can have it for a long time, thanks all, Mark.
